We offer full catering service "Buffet" style line service.
We can set up the line for you for self service or provide you with our servers
dressed in starched white chef's coats to serve your guests in style.
Our menu is "down-home" style, Pulled Pork BBQ, Baby-Back Ribs, BBQ Chicken, Beef Brisket,
Hamburgers or Cheeseburgers, Hot Dogs, Baked Beans, Green Beans, Mac-n-cheese, Cornbread, delicious desert pies. We also have festive "Party Platters"

We bring a Concessions Trailer for your festive outdoor events !!!!!

We have a very unique concessions trailer that we serve your guests at your outdoor
event with freshly cooked foods right off the grill!  Perfect for outdoor BBQ's, Family Reunions,
Graduations, Retirement or Promotion parties, Company Pic-Nics, Customer Appreciation Days,    Tent Sales or any special corporate event.

We can assist you in planning your event. We have catered events for city government, divisions within the city, federal government, military functions, private companies, graduations, ceremonies and private parties.  We have prepared hundreds of catering jobs.
Our newest addition to our catering line is our custom made unique outdoor concessions trailer. This trailer can be brought to your event site and set-up for food service that delivers fresh hot-off-the-grill Hamburgers, Hot Dogs, Beef Brisket, Ribs and BBQ. This trailer would be great for large family backyard cookouts, company pic-nics, customer appreciation days, special sales promotion events, sales tent events, commercial or residential property development open house day's or you name it!
We also have wedding tents and equipment for rent.

The first step is deciding which style of food service you want for your event. The most popular is "Buffet" style. We can provide a server to assist. The next style is a guest self serve snack and     Hor 'dOeuvers style. There is also a full entree dinner plate seating service style, which we can offer  a caterer suggestion and lastly there is the festive outdoor "Backyard" BBQ event. This fits well with both family and business applications.
After deciding the style and knowing how many guests, you simply need to choose your food groups and quantities. We can help with that also. We can provide some tips based on previous events and food quantities served. Remember these are estimates and there is a range based on several factors. The best choice is to order slightly more food to make sure each guest has food.
